We aim to ship all items the same day when possible.
Shipping to the UK will usually be delivered within 2 days of shipping.
Overseas shipping can take up to 10 working days depending on the local delivery service.
To enable us to ship your item we will need your vehicle details.
Please confirm the make, model, year of manufacture, engine size and power out when placing your order.
UK and Ireland customers can also supply their registration numbers.
Shipping is sent via Royal Mail or DHL.

Reprogramming service
The CR Tech 2 uses reprogrammable technology, when you change your vehicle you can return your unit to us for reprogramming to any compatible vehicle. The current cost of this is £79.99 which covers new mapping and harness/connectors if required.
Please note: For insurance purposes, the reprogramming service is only available to the original purchaser of the unit and is not available for units purchased 2nd hand.
